Greenhouse Gardening at Songaia

How better to participate in healing our bodies and the earth than to grow and eat our own wonderful organic food?

In late winter the seeds are sown and transplanted...
Then, in the spring they are planted in the ground...

then they are weeded, harvested and either eaten or processed for the next winter. The greenhouse offers us the space in which to start the baby plants.
In the future I dream of growing food in the greenhouse during the winter, giving us the possibility of keeping our food expenses low and at the same time having organic food on the table all year round.

of our plants get their start.

Sharing in this process gives us a way to connect with the soil and with the plants that we grow.
