How better to participate in healing
our bodies and the earth than to grow and eat our own wonderful organic
food? |

In late winter the
seeds are sown and transplanted... |

| Then, in the spring
they are planted in the ground... |

then they are weeded, harvested and either eaten or processed
for the next winter. The greenhouse offers us the space in
which to start the baby plants. |
|
| In the future I dream of growing food in
the greenhouse during the winter, giving us the possibility
of keeping our food expenses low and at the same time having
organic food on the table all year round. |

Our greenhouse is where many
of our plants get their start. |
Sharing in this process gives us a way to
connect with the soil and with the plants that we grow.
